Documents and data
Contract document intelligence
Contracts and supplier documents are classified, extracted and checked before they enter the register.
Fictional scenario. An example situation that illustrates the approach. It is not a client project and describes no measured results.
Business problem
A fictional manufacturer maintains its contract register by hand. Deadlines and terms are missed.

- No automated interpretation of legal clauses.
- Documents stay in the current store.
- Full traceability of what was extracted.

- The entry points to the original.
Security boundaries

- No documents sent outside the EU.

Where a person approves

- Changes to the list of fields.
Delivery phases
01 · Discovery
Document types and fields.
02 · Pilot
One contract type, suggestions only.
03 · Integration
Register writes behind approval.
04 · Operation
Evaluation set and error monitoring.
Limitations
- Not a legal analysis.
- Non-standard contracts need a person.
Trade-offs
- More fields — more value but more reviews.
- Text position for every field — slower but verifiable.
