Aleksandar Iskrev is the Founder and CEO of Iskrev Consulting Ltd and the executive technology leader behind A.I. Commerce Studio. With more than two decades of experience in enterprise architecture and engineering, he advises organisations on the design, modernisation and operation of secure, resilient and scalable technology platforms.
Strategic leadership perspective
His work sits at the intersection of enterprise AI, cloud architecture, platform engineering, DevOps, site reliability engineering and mission-critical infrastructure. He combines strategic direction with practical engineering leadership, helping organisations translate complex technologies into governed platforms and measurable business capabilities.
Engineering and academic foundation
Aleksandar holds an engineering degree in Automation, Information and Control Engineering, with a specialisation in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence, and a master’s degree in Distributed Systems and Mobile Technologies. This systems-engineering foundation shapes his approach to technology transformation: innovation must be architecturally sound, operationally sustainable and aligned with a clear business purpose.
International enterprise programmes
Throughout his career, Aleksandar has led complex international initiatives across Microsoft Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, hybrid cloud, software-defined infrastructure, enterprise networking, storage, security, automation, observability and disaster recovery. His experience includes major programmes for organisations such as Vodafone, Liberty Global, Melexis and Fremach, including the delivery of five software-defined data centres supporting 5G service delivery.
Enterprise AI and AI platform engineering
His current focus extends deeply into enterprise AI architecture and AI platform engineering. This includes retrieval-augmented generation, enterprise knowledge systems, AI search, document intelligence, embedding and vector pipelines, model serving, GPU-enabled platforms, evaluation frameworks and agentic architectures. He also works extensively with the cloud, data, security and operational foundations required to move these capabilities safely into production.
