AI Automation Advisor

Find out what in your process can be automated

Describe one repetitive or costly manual task. You will get a structured first assessment — what can be automated, with which systems, where a person must stay involved and what needs clarifying.

  • No sign-up and no personal data
  • A structured assessment in eleven sections
  • Nothing is executed in your systems

Describe the process

All fields except those marked "optional" are required.

Describe the steps, who does them and where time is lost. For example: "Every day we copy store orders into Excel and create shipping labels by hand."

0 / 2000 characters

Do not enter personal data — names, emails, phone numbers or customer details.

How many times a month the process repeats (orders, invoices, inquiries…).

Which software do you use today? (required)

Select everything involved in the process.

For example: Xero, Pipedrive, an in-house system.

Add context for a more detailed analysis (version 2)

Optional. Five multiple-choice questions — no free text and no personal data. You get an opportunity classification, feasibility, risks, prerequisites, a pilot and links to services.

How it works

  1. 01

    Describe the process

Type of business, what is done by hand, approximate volume, team and software used.

  2. 02

    Input screening

Personal data and links are removed, and the text is processed only as a description.

  3. 03

    Structured assessment

Opportunities, workflow, integrations, risks, approvals, phases and questions.

  4. 04

    Optional consultation

If you wish, send the assessment to us together with an inquiry.

Frequently asked questions

What kind of process should I describe?

Repetitive tasks with clear steps: entering orders or invoices, answering similar inquiries, reports built from several spreadsheets, document processing, stock synchronisation.

Why doesn't the assessment say how much I will save?

Because without measuring the current process, any number would be a guess. In a consultation we can measure real time and volume before talking about impact.

What does "demonstration mode" mean?

When no AI model is connected, the advisor assembles the result from pre-written templates and simple rules. You can see the structure of the assessment, but it is not a real analysis.

Can AI carry out the steps for us?

In the solutions we propose, AI prepares, classifies and suggests, while actions with consequences — sending messages, payments, changes to orders and data — stay subject to human approval.
